SHADOW EVE and producer MR.X are creative artist and producer identities developed within the AURA creative universe. They are distinct from the company as a legal and corporate entity.

SHADOW EVE is an AURA artist and cybernetic entity expressed through music, film, memory, emotion, and story.
Producer MR.X — Cybernetic Entity / Classification Unknown — designs and observes the AURA creative universe. The classification of MR.X remains unresolved within the creative setting.
SHADOW EVE sings. MR.X observes. Which one created the other remains unknown.
The producer identity of MR.X and the artist identity of SHADOW EVE are creative expressions within the artistic and fictional framework of AURA. They are not the legal entity, do not replace the operating company, and do not describe the company’s legal form, governance, or representatives.
Website operation, intellectual-property administration, rights management, publication coordination, and inquiries are handled by AURA Intellectual Property Management LLC as the operating company.
Operating Company
AURA Intellectual Property Management LLC is the legal and corporate entity responsible for operating the official website and administering the intellectual property and creative assets of AURA.
The operational responsibilities of the company are separate from the fictional roles, classifications, and relationships assigned to SHADOW EVE and MR.X within creative works.
Operational Responsibilities

Creative statements concerning SHADOW EVE and producer MR.X must therefore be read as artistic expression, not as statements about the legal identity or corporate governance of the company.
Do not accumulate customer information. Build security into the structure of the business.
AURA Intellectual Property Management LLC does not base its business on collecting and accumulating information about individual or corporate customers. We do not create customer-identifying lists, company-specific customer profiles or sales ledgers, and aim to provide services that do not depend on keeping this information indefinitely.
When we communicate temporarily by email about proposals for technology integration, licensing or collaboration, we limit its use to considering the proposal and providing necessary replies. We do not repurpose the information into permanent customer records. Once its purpose has ended, our policy is to delete it appropriately, including from storage locations and copies under our control. We will explain retention periods, deletion procedures and processing by external services in our privacy policy to the extent that these have been verified.
This policy is not solely about respecting privacy. By avoiding the accumulation of customer information, we aim to reduce the information that could be used in threats to disclose stolen data or in demands for ransom.
Not accumulating information does not, by itself, prevent every cyberattack. We combine system protection, appropriate access controls, updates and recovery measures to improve security.

This describes AURA's business and information-handling policy. It does not claim that immediate, complete erasure has already been implemented and verified across all email, log and backup storage. Records that must be retained by law are handled separately from ordinary inquiry information.
