AURA does not rely on customer identity data

AURA does not build customer identity databases for the purpose of identifying its customers.

Kyndrava is designed on the principle that it does not require the collection or storage of names, home addresses, telephone numbers, personal email addresses, or other information intended to directly identify individual users.

In accordance with this policy, AURA does not accept inquiries through publicly listed email addresses. This page does not request names, contact-person names, email addresses, telephone numbers, home addresses, or personal social-media accounts.

The anonymous inquiry system is currently being prepared.
