Contact and Non-Identification Policy
Inquiries and temporary correspondence
For product operation and usage, please consult the FAQ and support information first. Our policy is to distinguish proposals for technology integration, licensing and collaboration from general product inquiries.
AURA does not create lists identifying individual or corporate customers, company-specific customer profiles or sales ledgers. We may temporarily process a reply email address and message when needed to consider a proposal or respond. This does not mean that we never receive any information.
We do not repurpose temporary correspondence into a permanent collection of customer information. Once its purpose has ended, our policy is to delete it appropriately from storage and copies under our control. Records requiring legal retention are treated separately.
The technology-proposal form and automated acknowledgement are being prepared. This page has no input or submission function. The policy above also applies to temporary email correspondence through existing contact channels.
For technology proposals, our policy is to review the information and contact you only if we identify a reasonable business benefit and a basis for further discussion. We do not promise an individual response to every proposal or a response deadline. This proposal-review policy does not make our handling of legal notices or serious security issues conditional on commercial benefit.
Retention periods, deletion procedures and handling by external services will be explained in the privacy policy to the extent verified. We do not guarantee erasure of copies held by correspondents or immediate, complete erasure across all storage locations.
