Kyndrava focuses on security. Social and game limits are optional extras. Preparation for a public release and limited testing are described separately below.
What is Kyndrava?
Kyndrava is being prepared for public release as security software applying blockchain technology. A patent application is pending in Japan. Social and game limits are optional extras for people who want them.
Is the current iPhone test edition paid Solo?
The current TestFlight edition is a free, single-device, on-device test edition. Paid Solo, Family remote management and billing are not enabled. Features and terms of a public offering will be described when that offering starts.
How do I finish setup?
Open Select targets, check the apps you want to limit and confirm in the selection screen. Back in settings, check that at least one target is selected. Choose a daily allowance and tap Apply settings. Approve the required OS permission and look for the white Setup complete indicator with a check mark and an Applied status. Saving a draft or a target selection alone does not finish setup. Apply again after changing targets or allowances.
Why are there zero targets after Target selection saved?
The save notice alone does not confirm that an app was selected. Open Select targets, check an app, confirm the selection and check the target count back in settings. A limit of zero to five hours requires at least one target. Leave unused social or game allowances at Free and unused website limits off. If the count remains zero after checking and confirming, report the selection and settings screens through your test support channel.
What do the blue, gray and white Apply settings states mean?
Blue means the apply action is available. Gray with Processing… (not complete yet) means an operation is running and controls are temporarily unavailable. It does not mean completion. Look for the white Setup complete indicator with a check mark and an Applied status. White outlined help or legal buttons, and other gray buttons, do not indicate setup completion.
What if Processing never changes?
While processing, wait for completion or an error instead of repeatedly tapping Apply. If it remains unchanged for a long time, record the screen and app version, reopen the app and tap Check device status again. Do not treat the settings as applied until the check succeeds. If it fails, follow the removal and setup guidance in this FAQ.
What if I do not need website limits?
Turn the website setting off. When it is on, you must select websites. This feature applies to the sites you select; it does not automatically classify the safety of all websites.
What does an apply, recovery or status error mean?
Setup has not been confirmed. First tap Check device status again. If it still fails and the app offers removal and setup instructions, use Remove Kyndrava restrictions and review the confirmation. This removes the existing Kyndrava restrictions. Only after the app confirms they were cleared, select targets and allowances again and apply. If removal cannot be confirmed either, report the app version and error through your test support channel.
What is cumulative daily use?
Social and game allowances are set separately and count use across the selected targets. Allowances of one to five hours reset at local midnight. Zero blocks all day; Free has no time limit. Whether earlier use from the same day is counted immediately after applying depends on the OS version and the change made.
What does the security record check confirm?
The current on-device test edition checks the integrity of Kyndrava's own records. It does not scan all other apps or demonstrate every protection in the future product concept. Unverified means those records could not be confirmed as valid.
Are all features available on Apple, Android and Windows?
The privacy policy describes a common policy for products where offered. It does not mean every OS edition has been released or every feature is identical. Check the actual edition's supported platforms and features. OS permissions and restrictions differ.
Do I need my own server?
You do not need to provide a server to configure the current single-device, on-device test edition. Operation of the public website and future contracted services is separate. Testing an on-device feature does not verify server integration.
Can I change the privacy policy language?
The bundled policy offers Japanese, English, Spanish, German, French, Brazilian Portuguese, Hindi, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese. See the policy for the treatment of information in the on-device edition and in applicable contracted services.
Where can I find prices and technical details?
Final prices and terms will be shown by the official stores after public release. Specific patent-pending technical structures, internal processing and future improvements are not disclosed. Patent pending does not mean a granted patent or a guarantee of complete protection.
