A guided flow from contract confirmation to protection settings. It does not show internal names or the PC name; it presents only “This device” as the protection target.

Important contract and serial-number notice

  • Serial numbers cannot be reissued. If lost, we cannot resend the same serial number.
  • No personal-data storage policy. Kyndrava Solo does not store your name, email address, phone number, or postal address in the app.
  • Safe storage. Store the serial number securely using a screenshot, photo, password manager, or paper copy, away from third parties.
  • Protection continues during the contract term even if the serial is lost. As long as this device remains registered, protection continues during the contract term. Reinstallation, device changes, or recovery may require the serial number.
  • Annual auto-renewal. This is an annual contract and renews automatically at the end of each term unless canceled.
  • No mid-term refund. If canceled during the contract term, remaining-term refunds are not provided, subject to mandatory consumer rights in each jurisdiction.

This is draft product-flow copy. Legal review is required for each market before commercial release. Customer screens and PowerShell verification do not show large raw path lists.

To start the trial, confirm the items below. Confirmation status is stored in local evidence. Because serial numbers cannot be reissued, store the serial before starting.

Police / Public Institution Numbers

Police and public-institution contact points vary by country. Do not apply Japan’s #9110 or 110 globally.

This is not legal advice and not an emergency service. In danger, use the official emergency number for the customer’s country.

Serial registration

Format: 0x + 32 hexadecimal digits. The trial is bound to this device for 30 days.

Before starting the trial, confirm the three Important Notice items and store your serial safely using a screenshot, photo, or password manager.

SNS restriction targets

Select restriction candidates using the market template. No live blocking is performed at this stage.

Harmful-site categories

Select categories such as phishing, malware, and scams as a draft for future production policy.

Firewall / DNS / endpoint isolation are not changed.

Call Scam Guard

Warns when the caller may be using a voice changer or AI voice, or may be spoofing police, tax-office, bank, hospital, or public-office numbers. Risk is assistively scored from the displayed number and checked items.

Preview mode does not record calls, analyze voice, or confirm phone-number authenticity. It provides assistive warnings based on number, claimed identity, money requests, and SNS redirection, and saves evidence.

Automation limits

It is difficult to determine voice changer or AI voice from voice alone. The displayed number alone cannot prove caller ID spoofing. Kyndrava warns about possibility and guides users to contact only official numbers they verify themselves.

Meeting Impersonation Guard

For Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and similar meetings, this guard helps stop transfers, confidential disclosures, and code entry when an executive, manager, or partner may be impersonated by AI video/voice or a deepfake.

Preview mode does not record meetings, capture screens, analyze video, or analyze audio. Users check suspicious signs; Kyndrava shows risk and verification steps and saves evidence.

Automation limits

A single device cannot determine AI-generated video with 100% certainty. Kyndrava provides possibility warnings and safe verification steps. Future versions may consider frame/audio analysis, participant-ID checks, and organizational-policy integration with user consent.

This feature is for warning and evidence logging only. No recording, screen capture, meeting-content upload, or definitive identity determination is performed.

Caller ID Spoofing Guide

A caller ID shown on the screen does not cryptographically prove the caller’s identity. Attackers may spoof the displayed caller number across telephony or IP-phone routes to make it appear like a real police, tax-office, bank, or hospital number.

Kyndrava does not display information that helps abuse this mechanism. It shows only defensive guidance: do not trust the displayed number; call back only an official number you verify yourself.
  • Caller ID display is not identity verification. Even if the number looks real, the caller may not be.
  • The weak point is the trust boundary of displayed caller ID. Caller ID is not strongly authenticated across every segment of the telephone network, especially IP phone, relay, and international routes.
  • Possible future targets. Beyond police, spoofing may target tax offices, banks, hospitals, local governments, delivery services, and insurers.
  • Response. Do not answer on the spot. Hang up and call a number you verified from an official website or paper document. For police-related concerns, consult #9110.

International call / callback caution

International-looking calls and callback numbers provided by the caller may carry fraud and billing risks. Kyndrava does not determine number authenticity; it shows safe actions before answering or calling back.

In Japan, simply answering an incoming call from overseas is usually free. However, calling back an international number or receiving calls while roaming abroad may incur charges.

SNS Time Limit

For SNS dependency support, use age bands instead of one generic “child” label. Adult, 16+, 15+, under-local-minimum, or custom profiles can choose Free (unlimited) or a 1–8 hour daily limit. Preview mode saves settings and evidence only; it does not block.

Free is for users who do not need SNS dependency support. Production versions may integrate with OS/browser/agent controls. This preview stores a consent-based settings draft only.

Emergency Assist for seniors and people with disabilities
