メールアプリが開かない場合は、上記のアドレスをコピーしてお使いのメールサービスからお送りください。
端末の機種、OSのバージョン、Kyndravaのバージョンとビルド番号、問題が起きた操作、表示メッセージ、おおよその発生日時をお知らせください。
パスワード、Apple Accountの認証情報、確認コード、秘密鍵は送らないでください。画像を添付する場合は、個人情報を隠してください。

For help with Kyndrava settings, operation, or privacy, contact AURA Intellectual Property Management LLC, Japan. No account or sign-in is required to contact support.
If the link does not open your email app, copy the address into your preferred email service.
Include your device model, OS version, Kyndrava version and build number, the action that caused the issue, the message shown, and the approximate date and time.
Do not send passwords, Apple Account credentials, verification codes, or private keys. Hide personal information in any screenshots.
