Kyndrava currently accepts quotation and consultation requests only. Payment, purchase and official downloads remain closed until the product, signing, activation, serial ledger, terms, refund policy and support routes are confirmed.

2. Standard purchase screen

• The standard purchase screen does not provide fields for names or similar information.
• A collection agency or payment service provider may request necessary information on its payment screen.

3. Information shown after store guidance

• Plan name
• Contract term
• Serial number
• Download URL
• Installation-guide URL

4. Refunds and mid-term cancellation

• Voluntary mid-term cancellation is not available.
• No refund is made for voluntary mid-term cancellation.
• Applicable law and defined exceptions take precedence.

5. EU supplement

The checkout flow is designed on the basis of data minimisation and pseudonymised service identifiers.

The merchant's standard product dataset does not assume a name; legally required information is processed separately in payment, finance and legal workflows.
