Rules for contracting parties, identification, licences, succession and refund principles.

1. Contracting party

For consumers, the contracting unit is linked to the account or contract identifier. For business customers, the contracting party is the corporation or organisation, and a named contact person is not mandatory standard product data.

2. Formation and identification

• After formation, the server issues or displays the serial, plan, term, download URL and installation-guide URL.
• The serial is a principal identifier for performance, rights management and support.
• All information is not embedded in a 32-character serial; issuing market, Billing Market, observed country and tenant information are managed separately.

3. Standard business-contract structure

• A natural person's name is not the centre of identification in the standard business contract.
• The contract continues around the contract address, tenant ID, serial group, contract market and term.
• Natural-person information may be required separately for company law, registration, billing, tax or dispute handling outside the standard product dataset.

4. Licence and administration

• Transfer, sharing, lending or unauthorised relocation of a serial is prohibited.
• An approved equivalent replacement may be handled without additional charge under defined rules.
• An administrator may perform notifications, e-learning and administrative operations within the authorised scope.

5. Refunds and exceptions

No refund is made for voluntary mid-term cancellation. Applicable law and defined exceptions take precedence over this principle.
