Usage Rules

Principles for minimisation, pseudonymisation and contract operations in the standard product flow.

1. Basic policy

In the standard product flow, we do not collect natural-person identification information that is unnecessary for contract performance, operations or support.

The primary identifiers are serial, tenant ID, contract identifier, device identifier and contract address.

Not requiring a name in the standard dataset does not unconditionally exclude information required in separate legal, tax, billing, litigation or registration workflows.

2. Standard consumer flow

• The standard purchase page does not require a name, date of birth, address, telephone number or personal email address.
• Payment may be processed on a collection agency or payment service provider screen.
• We receive the minimum information needed for performance, such as store guidance results, contract term, issuing market, Billing Market, serial, download URL and installation-guide URL.
• Support uses serial, contract identifier and device identifier as its basis.

3. Standard business flow

• The contracting party is the corporation or organisation, not a natural person.
• Contact-person and representative names are not mandatory fields in the standard product contract dataset.
• Standard identification uses the corporate name, contract address, tenant ID, serial group, contract market and contract term.
• Use of role-based addresses such as security@, admin@, billing@ or procurement@ is recommended where possible.

4. Administrative rights and succession

• The contracting party is responsible for succession of the contract address, administrator rights and serial or tenant identifiers.
• Retirement or replacement of personnel does not by itself end the contract if the contract address and administrator rights are properly transferred.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Unauthorised use of another party's serial, tenant or administrator rights
• Use of a role address that misrepresents the contracting party
• Unauthorised alteration of contract, notification or e-learning records
• Improper load, privilege escalation, reverse engineering or circumvention of the service

6. Contract term and cancellation

• Voluntary mid-term cancellation is not available.
• No refund is made for voluntary mid-term cancellation.
• Applicable law and defined exceptions take precedence.
