Kyndrava account and data deletion
Android consumer version: 30-day retention for regular backups
Regular backups created from 11 October 2026 are retained for 30 days from their creation time. The daily process removes snapshots older than that period. Existing audit and recovery copies whose scope and attribution have not yet been confirmed remain preserved and are handled separately from this regular-backup retention period. Deletion of active data is distinct from verification of erasure of these copies. We do not report all deletion as complete until erasure of every item in scope has been verified.
Authentication provider retention
Firebase Authentication: up to 180 days after account deletion is initiated, including backups (Google). This provider period is separate from AURA's 30-day ordinary-backup period.
Request deletion of your Kyndrava account and associated data using the email address below. Reinstalling the app is not required. If available, include a contract reference or Google Play order number to help locate your registration. We will explain identity verification individually. Do not send recovery codes, passwords, authentication tokens or card numbers.

Use Account recovery and deletion in the app to request deletion and check its status. The request stops access for everyone in the contract and starts deletion of the anonymous authentication account and active registration, family and purchase-token data. Active-data deletion is distinguished from verification of retained-copy and backup erasure; completion is not reported before that verification. End-to-end deletion including backups has not yet been verified in the current internal test. Uninstalling or deleting the account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription.
